  • Aloo Puri


    The yummy combination of bread and vegetable is common in Northern India. Puri is a prepared with wheat dough which is shaped round and deep-fried. The popular potato curry is made with tomato gravy, curry leaves, mustard seeds and served with Puri- a savoury bread.

  • Kachori


    Kachori is usually a round flattened ball made of fine flour filled with a stuffing of baked mixture of yellow moong dal or Urad Dal (crushed and washed horse beans), besan (crushed and washed gram flour), black pepper, red chili powder, salt and other spices.

  • Lassi


    The easiest and tastiest beverage relished in all the big and small cities of northern India. It is prepared with curd, milk, sugar, saffron, cardamom powder and topped with ice cubes. For garnishing almonds and pistachios are used.

  • Parantha


    A parantha is a flatbread that originated in the Indian subcontinent and is a hugely popular snack be it as a breakfast, quick meal or a late night snack. Traditionally served with curd, butter and pickle you can choose from a plain one or select a stuffing of your choice be it potatoes, cauliflower, radish, eggs or lentils.
