Ghoghla Beach

Situated in the village Ghoghla, on the outskirts of Diu, this lesser explored beach is popular for water sports opportunities. Tourists can take a water scooter ride in the sea or try parasailing. A long stretch of golden sand, Ghoghla Beach is the largest in Diu and is famous for bewitching views of sunrises and sunsets. Nagao Beach

One of the prettiest beaches in the country, Nagao Beach and its peaceful surroundings provide the perfect setting to unwind in the lap of nature. Also known as the Golden Beach, it is the largest beach in Diu and draws visitors throughout the year. The beach is lined with a large number of palm trees, locally known as Hoka Palm. The beach is known for its cleanliness and is dotted with beautiful benches where you can sit and relax amidst the serene surroundings. This beautiful rocky beach is one of the lesser explored beaches of Diu. Apart from being serene and blissful, the Chakratirth Beach also holds mythological significance. Legend has it that it was the same place where Lord Krishna beheaded the demon Jalandhar. The perfect way to make the most of this small beach is to just sit and feel the good vibes coming in through cool breezes of the sea. The beach is surrounded by picturesque hills and is a perfect place for taking a peaceful sun bath. An open air auditorium housing changing rooms for tourists has also been set up at the beach.
