The heritage village of Naggar is situated in the state of Himachal Pradesh in the Beas valley (Western Himalayas), on the left bank of the river.

Distances/ Directions by Road: From New Delhi to Kullu, 570 Kms via NH21 via route 1: Chandigarh-Ropar-Kiratpur-Bilaspur-Mandi-Kullu, and 560 km via route 2: Karnal-Shahabad-Pinjore-Swarghat-Bilaspur-Mandi-Kullu. Distance from District HQ (Kullu) is 22 kms (north).

By Train: The nearest railhead at Joginder Nagar is 120 km away on the Mandi-Pathankot narrow gauge track. Alternatively, Kiratpur railway station is 200 km away on the Kullu-Chandigarh highway.

By Air: Bhuntar Airport is 10 km away from Kullu and 32 km from Naggar). Flights are available to and from Delhi, Chandigarh and Jubbar-hatti (Shimla). Flying time: From Delhi to Bhuntar, it is 90 minutes The other airport is located at Gaggal, called the Kangra Airport, which is around 200 km from Kullu on the way from Kullu to Pathankot.
