Contest Terms & Conditions

1. By entering the contest, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Contest is open to Indian Nationals residing in India only.
3. Entries for the contest will be accepted only online.
4. Employees of Ministry of Tourism (Government of India) and Grey Worldwide (India) Pvt Ltd and their families/relatives are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter any contests.
5. The Ministry of Tourism (Government of India) reserves the right to stop the contest at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons for the same.
6. The decision as to the winning entry lies withMinistry of Tourism(Government of India) only, and is final and non-contestable.
7. Winners will be contacted by Ministry of Tourism(Government of India) and will have to avail their prize within the specified period.
8. All prizes are non-transferable.
9. The prizes cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash.
10. The Ministry of Tourism (Government of India) is not liable for any warranty, expressed or implied, concerning the prizes.
11. The prizes will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Kuoni Holidays
12. Ministry of Tourism (Government of India) is not liable if the prize differs from user expectations in any way.

14. All government taxes/levis shall be born by the winner
